David Harbourne
David Harbourne lives in York, and is the author of Penguins Under the Porch: A Yorkshireman's ode to Oamaru, published in 2018. He worked for the Ministry of Agriculture in London before moving into vocational education and training. David was born in Leeds in 1958.
